Frontier Clinics

    Autism Evaluations & Support

Whether you're looking for answers or already have a diagnosis β€” we offer gold-standard evaluations and whole-child support, all under one roof.

    βœ… Insurance AcceptedπŸ”¬ Gold-Standard Evaluations🚫 No Referral Needed

Does any of this sound familiar?

You're carrying a lot. You shouldn't have to carry it alone.

"Our pediatrician said to 'wait and see.' My gut has been telling me for two years that something is going on."

"We finally got a diagnosis β€” but the report just sat there. No one helped us understand what to actually do with it."

"The waitlist for a neuropsychologist in our area is 18 months. I can't wait 18 months."

"She has an IEP but I feel like the school isn't really listening. I need someone in my corner who can back me up."

"He's doing okay in some areas but really struggling in others. I want someone to look at the whole picture, not just give me a checklist."

"We've heard about folinic acid and other supplements but have no idea where to start or if they're even right for our child."

We help families at each stage of the journey.

    πŸ”
    Evaluation Path

    We haven't been diagnosed yet

You suspect autism. You want clarity. You need someone who will actually do the evaluation β€” not just refer you somewhere else.

What this means for your family:

    • Your child is showing signs that have you wonderingβ€” social, communication, sensory, behavioral
    • You've been told to "wait and see" and your gut says otherwise
    • You're on a long waitlist somewhere else and need answers sooner
    • You want a proper evaluation, not just a screening

    What we do:

    • Gold-standard diagnostic evaluation
    • Comprehensive developmental and medical history
    • Parent interview + direct child observation
    • Written diagnostic report suitable for schools and service providers
    • Clear diagnosis when criteria are met β€” not vague impressions
    • Next-step roadmap: therapy recommendations, school supports, resources

"Most pediatric offices screen for autism and refer out. We do the full evaluation in-house β€” the same gold standard used by major children's hospitals."

    Support & Management Path

Already diagnosed β€” but still figuring it out

You have the diagnosis. What you don't have is a clear plan, a consistent team, or someone who knows your child well enough to actually help.

What this means for your family:

    • The diagnosis came from somewhere else β€” now what?
    • Therapies are running in parallel with no coordination
    • Medications have been suggested but you're not sure
    • School meetings feel like a second job and you're not getting results
    • You want a medical partner who will stay with you, not just see you once

    What we do:

    • Full 360Β° Autism Intake β€” deep dive into current therapies, progress, and gaps
    • Targeted medical labs: iron, magnesium, Vitamin D, and others as indicated
    • Folinic acid evaluation and prescription if indicated
    • Nutrition and feeding support
    • Medication review and management when appropriate
    • IEP/504 coordination β€” letters, documentation, advocacy support
    • Ongoing visits for consistent partnership

    Our Approach to Autism

We are neurodiversity-affirming. That means we begin from a place of respecting your child's unique brain, not treating autism as something to be fixed. Our goal is to help your child thrive β€” on their own terms β€” while addressing the real challenges that affect their daily life.

When it comes to evaluations, we use gold-standard diagnostic tools. These are the same tools used by major children's hospitals and university programs. You get a real, thorough evaluation β€” not a screening that leaves more questions than answers.

For ongoing support, we look at the whole child: behavior, nutrition, sleep, gut health, sensory needs, school environment, and family dynamics. We review targeted labs β€” iron, magnesium, Vitamin D β€” and evaluate whether folinic acid or other supports are appropriate for your child. We coordinate with your therapists, teachers, and other providers so you don't have to translate between everyone.

Most importantly, we stay. We provide a consistent medical partner who knows your child and adjusts the plan as they grow β€” not a new face every six months.
