Our Approach to ADHD

Our whole-child approach looks at brain biology, nutrition, sleep, executive functioning, emotional regulation, and family dynamics together. Because ADHD is never just one thing — and the solution usually isn't either.
We partner with parents, teachers, and therapists to make sure support doesn't stop when your child leaves our office. You leave with a written plan, not just a prescription.

- Review of brain biology, nutrition & sleep factors
- Medication evaluation + optimization (if applicable)
- Nutritional supplement protocol (omega-3s, iron, zinc)

- Written summary with diagnosis + action plan
- Follow-up visit to review and adjust

Your Initial Visit
An unhurried, comprehensive visit with Dr. Boucher. Parent interview time. Child-friendly interaction. Review of all rating scales and history. No rushing, no clipboard overload.
Your Plan + Ongoing Support
You leave with a written summary, diagnosis (when indicated), and a concrete action plan. We follow up monthly until things are stable — then stretch out as progress continues.
We take the long view, but most families see meaningful progress within the first week of starting their plan.
